We all know the “couch stretch” as one of the most popular techniques to “open” up your hips.
Back up against a steady surface where you can rest your lower leg (shin parallel to the surface).
Bring heel to butt while maintaining steady and balanced posture.
Keep shin on your opposite leg vertical. *
Hold position until you feel release in tension, switch sides.
